For July
-Need to secure stage manager by end of month.
-Need to figure out what to do about copyright for “TLSG”, talk to composer on their thoughts of overall sound scape.
-Work on show order, select poems and in which language.
July 1st - E-mail blast: save the date.
July 7th
-Request bios, websites, permission from collaborators/supporters to appear in email blast.
-Also, start to scope postcard printing for program.
July 8th - FB/IG post, “Did you hear?”
July 16th -
-Need to reach out for chair rental.
-Start email draft for August blast.
-Work on lighting, prop, audio cues.
-Add short bio on website for press as whoever needs.
-Start to integrate program into website.
By July
-Follow through with invitation meet people interested in talking about the show.
August
-Still need to figure out music for “TLSG”, just reach out to artist?
-Need to figure out soundscape for “From Under”.
-Have to be in studio more, re-learn “TLSG”, rework “Here.” and “What Will Remain”.
-Figure out photo to capture essence of whole show.
-Work on text, solidify show order.

August 2nd
-Reminder, w/ location + time announced.
-Gratitude for the energy behind the creation.
August 16th
-Set deadline to submit for DANCE MN for August 18th blast (a month away to show).

-Announce show title?

-Have 1 of 2 promo videos recorded and edited.
-Work on draft for September e-blast.
-Have posters and post-cards printed.
-Have reservation platform ready.

-Have all four pieces back in body.
-Run all four pieces back-to-back.

-Run show w/ text + music

-Pick-up marley and chairs, set in space
-Meet with videographer, plan options
-Set lights

-Dress rehearsal, have recorded.
