A big “Thank you!” to those who came to support my new choreographic endeavor consisting of an ensemble a few weeks ago.
I appreciated so much the sweet messages post-show and those who attended multiple nights to experience each dancer’s performance quality shift with one another.
What follows is a festival in Door County July 22 and 23, produced by Kelly Anderson. Death’s Door Dance Festival is an inaugural event, if you are in the area come check it out and see the amazing artists. I am quite excited to see old faces and share a small excerpt of “By the Time We’re Through”, while also developing its continuation…
…a trio was set-up and I hope to present it along as an independent evening length show with the whole ensemble. Perhaps in Chicago, Milwaukee, elsewhere?! Or another round in Minneapolis for those who couldn’t experience this energized piece. A dream…and I continue to dream of gathering this lovely group again.
